The purpose of the IPU Skin Solutions at the Counter course is to provide the learner with the knowledge of how to provide a skin consultation at the pharmacy counter, advise the customer on how to achieve healthy skin and match the customers needs with the product stocked in the pharmacy.

The purpose of the IPU Bootcamp in Pharmacy Finance course is to allow pharmacists compliment their clinical skills with the knowledge and skills to understand the financial aspects of pharmacy business. It will equip pharmacists with an understanding of general and dispensary finance and help them to understand how they and their dispensary teams directly affect cash flow and profitability each month. 


The purpose of the IPU Step Up to Supervising Pharmacist course is to help prepare pharmacists for the transition to Supervising Pharmacist. The course will give a grounding in their legal and professional responsibilities to the regulator and those under the HSE contract. It will equip pharmacists with the knowledge required to carry out the role and assist them in building strong relationships with their Superintendents and Owners. 

The aim of the Basics in Health and Nutrition course is to equip learners with the knowledge, skill and competence to appropriately question patients and customers, and present the required vitamins, minerals and supplements solutions.

Good delegation skills support supervisors and managers, make the most productive use of their own time, improves team members’ knowledge and skills and the team's job satisfaction. Good delegation practice also avoids managerial overload, stress and ultimately burn out! 

The purpose of the IPU Showcasing Your Pharmacy Online course is to enable pharmacies to showcase their pharmacy on social media, engage with followers and grow their brand online, whether they wish to become an online retailer or simply promote their pharmacy business on social platforms. 

The purpose of the IPU Patient Medication Counselling 101 course is to encourage pharmacists to revisit and strengthen their own counselling skills, to help patients to understand their illness, their medications and improve compliance.
